This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be available for purchases made on
workflowresourcesltd.org (the “Site”), operated by Workflow Resources Ltd
(“we”, “us”, “our”).

1) Digital Products

All products sold on this Site are delivered digitally (for example: downloadable files, online resources,
or access links). There is no physical shipping and no physical returns.

2) Refund Request Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase time shown on the order
confirmation/receipt. Requests submitted after 48 hours are not eligible.

3) Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds may be approved only when requested within the 48-hour window and one of the following applies:

  • Item not as described: the delivered content does not materially match the description on the product page.
  • Missing or corrupted files: files included in the listing are missing or unusable due to an error on our side and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time after being notified.
  • Wrong item delivered: you received a different product than the one you purchased.
  • Duplicate purchase: you accidentally purchased the exact same item more than once; only the duplicate charge(s) are refundable.

4) Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Requests based on personal preference when the product matches the description.
  • Failure to review product details, requirements, or included content before purchase.
  • Issues caused by sharing, redistribution, or unauthorized use of files or access links.
  • Device, software, or third-party service limitations outside our control.

5) How to Request a Refund

for your request.

6) Review and Processing

We review requests and may request information needed to verify the issue (for example: screenshots or
file names). If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are
processed within 4 business days, and your payment provider may take additional time to post
the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
